Account Information. When you create an account we collect, email address, (residence or business), name, birthday and password etc.
Payment and Information. For purchasing our Kits and/or tickets you are required to enter your payment information or debit information to process your orders.
Contact Information. With your permission, this is any contact information you choose to complete is collected when purchasing or registering an interest.
Data files and logs. When you use and/or access our website our servers automatically record information, including information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website. This data may include, but is not limited to, Internet Protocols address of the web page you visited before using the website, your browser type and its settings, the date and time of when you visited, information about your browser configuration and plug-ins, language preferences, and cookie data.
Device Information. This is information about the device you are using our website on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you are using, device settings and crash data. We may collect some or all of this information.
Third Party Information. We may also collect and receive information from our affiliates of CAST, Businesses and/or Partner, that we may use to make our information more useful.

We don’t intend to disclose or share information, we hope we never have to; there are times when information described in the privacy policy may be shared or disclosed by CAST.

CAST share Customer Data according to our terms and conditions. We may share other information as follows; to comply with laws, to comply with national and regulatory requirements and to respond to lawful requests, court orders and other legal processes.

Enforcing rights, recent fraud and for safety. To protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of us or third parties, including enforcing contracts or policies, or in preventing or investigating fraud.

During changes in our structure. If we engage in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganisation, the sale of some or all of CAST assets, acquisition of all or part of our business or in steps in contemplation of such activities. (e.g. due diligence) Don’t let this be daunting, your information is a priority for us, and will be kept between us until notified.

CAST takes security seriously. We take various steps to protect the information you provide to us from loss, misuse and unauthorised access or disclosure. These steps take into consideration the sensitivity of the information we collect, receive, process and store.

We encrypt our website using secure Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) and various other confidential security precautions and previsions.

Billing and Payments

To complete purchases on this website, we use Stripe Payment Gateway and Paypal. We also support Apple Pay and Google Wallet from the product, checkout and cart pages.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 7-day cancellation policy, if after these 7 days you wish to cancel your ticket purchase then we regretfully cannot offer a refund. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend our events we may be able to transfer you onto our next available experience.

Please note, to be transferred on to the next available event an additional fee may be payable. In addition, if you have purchased a ticket above the ticket price for the transferred event, we cannot refund any monies to match this.

Klarna

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
