You’ll make a one-of-a-kind piece in wax and we’ll cast your design in solid Silver, Gold or Platinum. Each piece of jewellery is entirely unique, individual to its maker and is the most special memento from your time spent making together that will reflect your special anniversary forever.

We’re experts at bringing bespoke, unique and utterly beautiful customer creations to life. We have cast over 35,000 one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces and our Studio experience is one of the best experiential gifts you could ever give (and receive).

So, let’s take a look at how it all works…

You’ll find our Studio in Kelham Island, historically, the industrial cutlery quarter of Sheffield.

You’ll be welcomed into our cosy Studio (pictured below) by one of our expert hosts who will guide you through the process and be on hand at all times to help you design something you love. Your host will be dedicated to your individual session to ensure you have all the knowledge required to bring your anniversary jewellery to life.

Once you’re settled into the space and have been topped up with a glass of Prosecco to get those creative juices flowing, your host will walk you through the beginning of the process.

As you’re celebrating your anniversary, we recommend making each others’ rings for a little added fun and excitement! However, there’s no pressure either way and lots of couples opt to design their own piece instead. It just depends on how much you trust your partner… 😉

You will be equipped with all the tools and a ton of jewellers wax to be able to create. Using the tools, alongside expert guidance from your host, you’ll handcraft and carve your design in the jewellers wax, adding personal touches and textures to reflect your own personality and style. One of our favourite features to add to the inside of your anniversary rings is your partner’s fingerprint. This gives your rings an added sentimental value and meaning, and it’s something you can share just with your partner, as only the two of you know it exists there. Anniversary jewellery is often also signified by adding stones. We have a wide range of precious, semi-precious and birthstones available to choose from. You can even incorporate your own stones. Perhaps you have a stone from a piece of heirloom jewellery or one that holds a lot of sentimental meaning to you and your partner. Adding your own stones is another great way to embellish your design and add your own personal touch to your anniversary jewellery. Don’t worry, you won’t be asked to set any stones yourself, we’ve got that bit covered for you!

Once you’re happy with what you’ve made, we’ll send your designs to our expert, family-run casting team, situated in the iconic Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. Our team will then hand-finish and polish your jewellery and return it to you ready to wear and cherish forever. The perfect memento to celebrate your anniversary together.

You may be surprised but this incredible memory-making, creative and fun experience is just £300 per couple to book. This includes:

• 3-hour Jewellery Workshop at the CAST Studio
• Bottle of Prosecco to celebrate (or softs if preferred)
• All tools and materials required to make your design
• An expert host, dedicated to your session
• Two rings cast in solid recycled Silver*

*Other casting metals are also available. You can upgrade your base metal to solid Gold or Platinum too. Please enquire here for prices.

You also have the opportunity to add other personal touches to your jewellery, such as engravings and precious stones, as mentioned above.
